Peter Brett Associates LLP (PBA) is committed to protecting your privacy. Before providing us with any of your details, please read the following information that concerns the protection of your personal data.

We will hold and process any personal information which you provide via the site (PBA careers website) or by submitting emails and/or online forms for our own internal business purposes. We do not pass on or sell online personal information to third parties. We may however share information within our organisation and in doing so will take all reasonable steps to keep your details secure. Please note that by sending your personal information to us you are explicitly consenting to the processing and transfer of such information in this way.

Some submissions may be subject to automated screening in our applicant tracking system (ATS). PBA keeps the results produced by the ATS under review to ensure they properly and fairly apply the short-listing criteria to all applicants.

During the selection process, we may conduct psychometric assessments. The information obtained during this process is used solely for the purposes of assessment for the role you are being considered for and will be deleted after 6 months.

In addition to the information you submit to us via the site, we may collect information about visits to the site, page browser access, the popularity of each page, the number of pages accessed by visitors, the number of emails sent or files downloaded and the average time spent on the site. None of this information is linked back to you as an individual.

In collecting information about visits to the site, we may use cookies to identify visitors to the site and track usage patterns. We may also use cookies to track engagement through social media and improve usability by auto-detecting the country you are entering the site from.

PBA will, upon written request, provide details of any personal information which you have provided us with and/or to cease making use of your personal information for the purposes described above.

When you provide us with your details via our site you are permitting us to retain your information for 2 years. Your details are retained solely for the purposes of identifying qualifications, skills and experience that may be relevant to our current or future recruitment requirements.

You have the right to have any personal data that we hold on you kept accurate and up to date.
